                 Heard Mr. L. Nageswara Rao, learned senior counsel for  the
      petitioner.
                 Special leave petitions are dismissed.
                 However, this will not preclude the petitioner to apply  to
      the High Court for review concerning the matters where the  petitioner
      alleges that awards passed by the Inspector/s  of  Labour,  Cuddalore,
      Villupuram, Madurai, Erode, Nagappatinam, Theni Division and Salem are
      forged.
