                       The CMD has approved the trip to be performed by Thiru.P.Arulgandhi, SE/ Cuddalore EDC to New Delhi accompanying Thiru.S.F.Mohamed Yousuf,  Senior Advocate by Air on 25.06.2013 to attend the case cited.

                   2. The Superintending Engineer / Cuddalore EDC is requested to accompany Thiru.S.F.Mohmed Yousuf, Senior Advocate with all connected documents to discuss with the   Senior Advocate  Mr.L.Nageswara Rao, New Delhi  for getting the original order and clarification orders from the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.

                   3. The action taken report may be sent after the visit.

                   4. Receipt of the memo. may be acknowledged.
