Establishment - Class III Service - Draughtsman - Preparation of panel for promotion to the post of Senior Draughtsman - Suitability Reports - called for - Regarding.

It is proposed to prepare a panel of Draughtsman for promotion to the post of Senior Draughtsman for the Crucial date 20.01.2013 to fill up the existing/ future vacancies.
2. I request you to furnish 5 copies of the Suitability Reports of Draughtsman working under your control (List of Names as per Annexure enclosed) in the FORMAT enclosed, so as to reach this office ON OR BEFORE 10.03.2013 positively. The letter and format shall be signed by the Superintending Engineers/ Chief Engineers himself and not by any other officers. In this connection, I am to invite attention to this office circular Memo. No.068288/Adm.II/A2/97-1, dated 12.06.1997 and request you to keep up the target date.
3. I also request you to furnish specifically the details regarding the charges/ D.P. (framed/pendency/undergoing punishment) as on 20.01.2013 alongwith other details.
4. I also request you to furnish the particulars strictly, as called for in the format. If any item of the format having no remarks, it should be indicated as "NIL".
5. If any of the employees shown in a particular circle, if not presently working in your circle, a report may be sent without fail. If, he had been transferred from your circle to other circle, the Superintending Engineer concerned may be addressed, direct, together with the copy of this office reference (w.e.) with a request to furnish the report of the individual concerned direct, to this office.
6. The receipt of this letter together with its enclosures should be acknowledged in the first instance.
