4. The officers concerned are instructed to furnish the Performance Assessment Report of himself together with the Performance Assessment Report of all Class-I Officers working under their control before their relief from the old station on Promotion without fail and the above individuals are also instructed to send certificate to Secretary/Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, to that effect.
5. An option format is enclosed herewith. The officials mentioned in para-1 above are requested to return the option format duly filled in within one month from the date of promotion and assumption of charge. If the option format
is not received within

will be fixed as
