Sub:	Recruitment – Class III Service – Filling up of vacancies of Assistant Draughtsman by Internal Selection – Particulars of qualified employees called for.
Ref:	This Office Lr.No.041468/402/G57/G571/13-1, dated 18.5.2013.

                          In continuation to this office letter under reference cited, I am to inform you that it is further proposed to call for application form from employees who are willing and qualified with Diploma in Civil Engineering also for selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Draughtsman through Internal Selection.

                   2)  Those willing employees who posses ITI/NTC in the trade of Draughtsman (Civil), Draughtsman (Mechanical) and Diploma in Civil Engineering should submit their application, in the prescribed forms (Specimen of which is enclosed) to their Head office on or before 13.09.2013.  Those who do not apply within the stipulated time will not be considered for selection.

                   3)  The paras 3, 4, 5 & 6 in the reference cited are unaltered.

                   4)  I request you to acknowledge the receipt of this letter.
