Under Regulation 92 of T.N.E.B. Service Regulation, the 6 (Six) names of Draughtsman detailed in the Annexure-I to this Memo. are informed that their names have been approved and included in the panel for promotion to the post of Senior Draughtsman on regular basis.
2. The names of Draughtsman indicated in the Annexure-II have not been selected for promotion to the post of Senior Draughtsman.
3. The names of Draughtsman mentioned in the Annexure-II are informed that any appeal against their non-selection lies with the Chairman-cum-Managing Director/TANGEDCO which should be preferred within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of this memo. If no appeal is received within the said period the approved list communicated (Annexure-I ) will be deemed as final.
4. The names of Draughtsman mentioned in the Annexure-III are informed that their cases are Deferred at present for the reason noted against their names.
5. They are directed to acknowledge the receipt of this memo.
