Memorandum of Settlement under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act 1947 reached before the Commissioner of Labour /Chennai, Dated 09.01.2014.

PROCEEDINGS:-

                                     

                  

                    In the memorandum of Settlement under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act 1947 reached before the Commissioner of Labour /Chennai entered with the various Unions on 09.01.2014, it was agreed to constitute a Committee for reviewing the convergence of different cadres in various categories in the existing double channel promotion in Regular Work establishment.

                   2) Accordingly, in order to sort out  the issues in the existing double channel promotion and such issues it is decided to constitute a Committee consisting the following officers as Members with immediate effect.

 i)  Thiru.S.Akshayakumar, Director / Transmission Projects

 ii) Thiru.S.Chinnarajalu, Secretary / TANGEDCO

 iii)Thiru.N.Anandakrishnan, Additional Chief Engineer/ Coimbatore EDC /North

  

                   3) The above Committee headed by Thiru.S.Akshayakumar, Director / Transmission Projects will examine the issues relating to convergence of different cadres in various categories in the existing double channel promotion in Regular Work establishment as provided in the clause (12) of the memorandum of Settlement under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act 1947 reached before the Commissioner of Labour /Chennai  on 09.01.2014.

4) The Committee should submit its report by 31.05.2014.
