The flurry of LT power failure in the above area and neighbourhood particularly during the night hours were nightmarish during the month of June, July and August. There were repeated load shedding contravening Govt. notification and Hon’ble Ombudsman has ordered 33 KV feed to Thillai Ganga Nagar SS from Pallvaram to over come the difficulties with feed from Guindy. This is not being adhered to overcome the tail end difficulty as per the Ombudsman orders, this area was provided with a separate feeder without DT’s enroute upto Andal Nagar from Thillai Ganga Nagar SS.
