In the reference first cited, it is informed that as a part of State Resident Data Hub (SRDH) Project, Government Departments have been requested to incorporate Aadhaar numbers in departmental databases for all State Government Employees. It is also requested to make necessary arrangements to seed Aadhaar number into the employees and pensioners database being maintained in the respective offices.
2.In this connection, all Pay Drawing Officers are hereby instructed to include the Aadhaar number of the Officers/employees in the payroll and pension software available in distributed database and centralized database respectively.
3.Receipt of this circular memo may be acknowledged.
