In the reference cited, the
Inter-Se-Seniority of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade for 627 personnels
was fixed and already Communicated.
2) Further,
the Inter-Se-Seniority for 393 Personnels Promoted/appointed to the post of
Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade among the Diploma and Non-Diploma Holders
and joined duty as Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade is fixed as per ratio
3:1 as shown in the Annexure has been fixed tentatively and communicated in the
enclosure.
3) Thirumathy
S.Geetha (D.O.B.22.02.1970) (Sl.No.1) Diploma Holders in the Annexure will take
below Thiru R.Chirtrasenan, (D.O.B.13.05.1965) Diploma Holder who is the last
person in the inter-se-seniority communicated in the reference cited and the
Seniority of others will be in the same order as indicated in the Annexure.
4) The
individuals may be informed that the Seniority now fixed is only tentatively
and any representation regarding Inter-Se-Seniority has to be made within the period
of three months from the date of issue of Seniority list through the
Superintending Engineer's Concerned.
5) The inter-se-seniority
fixed is without prejudice to the orders of High Court/Madras in any writ petition
6) The memo shall
be acknowledged.
