PROCEEDINGS:-
Under regulation 92 of the Tamil Nadu
Electricity Board Service Regulations read with the Tamil Nadu Electricity (Re-organisation
and Reforms) Transfer Scheme, 2010 Thiru N.Suresh, Superintending Engineer/Civil
(Non-Independent)/CDC/TANTRANSCO, is regularly promoted and appointed
as Superintending Engineer/Civil,
in Category-I, Division-IV (Civil) Class-I
of Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited service with
effect from the date of assumption of charge.
2. The services of Thiru N.Suresh,
Superintending Engineer/Civil (Non-Independent)/CDC/TANTRANSCO, on promotion as
Superintending Engineer/Civil are placed at the disposal of National Thermal
power Corporation - Tamil Nadu Energy Company Limited (NTECL) JV Thermal
Project at Ennore on deputation basis.
3. The other terms and conditions of
deputation will be issued separately.
4.
The orders of deputation issued in para-2 above shall be on the basis of
the following procedures:-

(i)
|
Chief Engineer/Projects/Chennai is authorized to
draw pay and allowances and other
charges to the deputed official on par with those working in Tamil Nadu
Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited Projects, till the deputation
is regularized by NTECL.

(ii)
|
Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution
Corporation Limited will subsequently get the reimbursement from NTECL
towards the amount paid in the deputation issue.

(iii)
|
Chief Engineer/Projects/Chennai will deal the
establishment of the deputed Officer till the regularisation at NTECL.

(iv)
|
The relief of the officer on deputation, will be
considered by Chief Engineer/Projects/Chennai as and when necessity arises
based on the need and requirement for the JV Project.

5. An
option format is enclosed herewith.
The official mentioned in
para-1 above is requested to return
the option format duly filled in
within one month from the date of promotion and
assumption of charge. If the
option format is not received within the said period of one month, his pay in the
higher post will be fixed as specified in para-3 of
Board's Memo.No.75406/P1/90-1, dated 19.3.1991.
