                   The Superintending Engineer's are informed that the G.B. Saravana Bhavan, Advocate, High Court has sent a notice that the Hon'ble High Court passed order in WP. 4292/2014 to maintain status Quo for not to proceed with any promotions in RWE cadre before constituting a Committee as per the ( clause 12 of 12(3) settlement of 09.01.2014 and Tmy. Varalakshmi, Bd's standing counsel has also informed that the High Court has passed the said orders.
