2. A report regarding the date of relief and date of joining of the officials should be sent to the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited. This will be apart from the Certificate of Transfer of Charge.
3. The officers concerned are instructed to furnish the Performance Assessment Report of himself together with the Performance Assessment Report of all Class-I Officers working under their control before their relief from the old station on Transfer without fail and the above individuals are also instructed to send certificate to Secretary/Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, to that effect.
