                   In continuation to this office letter cited under reference, I enclose herewith a format to be filled columnwise after thorough verification of particulars of the individuals covered in the W.P. 22100/2009 with the signature of the Superintending Engineer so as to consolidate and place the report before the committee constituted as per BP (Ch) 9 dt.09.01.08 and to appraise the position to the Hon'ble High Court on the contempt petition filed by the union

                   It is also to be noted that the particulars of every individual should be filled as per details in the books furnished by the petitioner.  Also if any repetitions of the same individual is found it must be mentioned in the special remarks.

                   Also, the Chief Engineers are once again requested to submit their report immediately after verification on or before 09.07.2012 in person.  Since the Chairman cum Managing Director is involved in this Contempt Petition, your personal attention is requested in this regard.
