I submit the following few lines for the kind consideration of the chairman and request for favourable action.The panel for promotion to the post of AEE/Electrical from AE/JE I Grade  was  called for vide references cited and my name has been included in the list.
As such, I have been expecting the promotion quite for a long  time. But  the  panel has not yet been finalized. This has caused serious hardship to  me.  
In  this connection , may I humbly request the chairman to kindly order for early approval of the AEE / Electrical promotion panel and issuance of promotion order please.
