Sir,
I am to inform that the names
of 45 Stores Supervisors as mentioned in the Annexure are likely to be included
in the panel for promotion to the post of Stores officers. I, therefore, request that the last 7 (Seven)
years service particulars in respect of these officials as requested in the
Format-II enclosed may be sent to this office on or before 30.09.2014.
2) In case any D.P. is initiated even after furnishing
the particulars to this office in the course of time, such particulars may also
be furnished immediately so as to incorporate the same in the proposed panel.
3) The Performance Assessment Report for the
last seven years of these Stores Supervisors may also be sent along with their
suitability report in the Format-I annexed herewith.
4) I request you to furnish 6 copies of Suitability Reports (Format-I & II) duly filled up and signed
by the Officers those whose names are furnished in the Annexure.
5) I also request you to furnish the list of
Stores Supervisors of your circle those who are qualified to Stores Officer for
promotion and senior to Thiru U. Elangovan (DOB:6.4.1964), Stores Supervisor
and inclusive of the officials whose temporary relinquishment period is over on
the Crucial Date 05.08.2014 along with the particulars of all qualified Stores
Supervisors to this office in the proforma enclosed.

6) I also request that urgent action may be
taken in this matter and ensure that the report is sent in complete shape
before the due date, without fail.
