Under
Regulation 98(1) (b) (i) of the Tamil
Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulations, the names of 43 (Forty Three Only) Junior
Assistant/Typist/ Steno-Typist (Adm.) cadre furnished in the Annexure
"A" are selected and included in the panel for promotion as
Assistant/Adm. The list is communicated to the individuals concerned.
2) The 4 (Four) individuals listed in the Annexure-B
to this Memo. have not been selected for inclusion in the Panel for the reasons
furnished against their names and the above four persons may prefer appeal, if
any, to the CMD/ TANGEDCO within two months from the date of communication of
the approved list. If no appeal is received within the said period, the
approved list communicated shall be deemed to be final.

Thiru C. Kannan, Junior Assistant (D.O.B.: 30.07.1965), Dharmapuri Electricity
Distribution Circle, will take rank below
Thiru. P. Vadivel, (D.O.B. 29.09.1980) Erode EDC, who has been reverted
to the post of Assistant (Adm.) from the post of Assistant Programmer. The
rank of the others will be as indicated
in the Annexure-A. The panel is valid for a period of one year from the date of
this order.
