PROCEEDINGS:-

      In the  proceedings first read above, Thiru S.Syed Abuthahir, Assistant Executive Engineer/Mechanical/Generation Circle/Tirunelveli, has been promoted as Executive Engineer/Mechanical and posted as Executive Engineer/Mechanical/Mettur Thermal Power Station Stage-III.

          2. Thiru S.Syed Abuthahir, Assistant Executive Engineer/Mechanical/Periyar Power House/Generation Circle/Tirunelveli,  in his representation second read above has stated that due to personal reasons, he is unable to accept the above promotion.  Hence, he has requested temporary relinquishment of his rights for promotion as Executive Engineer/Mechanical for a period of three years.

          3. The above matter has been carefully examined.  Under Regulation 103 (2) (i) of Tamil Nadu  Electricity  Board Service  Regulations read with Tamil Nadu Electricity (Re-organisation and Reforms) Transfer Scheme 2010,  the  temporary relinquishment of rights for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer/Mechanical for a period of three years,  requested by Thiru S.Syed Abuthahir, Assistant Executive Engineer/ Mechanical/Periyar Power House/Generation Circle/Tirunelveli, is accepted and ordered accordingly.

          4. Consequent to the above, the orders issued in the proceedings first read above, posting Thiru S.Syed Abuthahir, Assistant Executive Engineer/Mechanical/ Generation Circle/Tirunelveli, on promotion as  Executive Engineer/Mechanical/Mettur Thermal Power Station Stage-III, is hereby cancelled.
