பொதுவாக அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்குக் சலுகைகள் அதிகம்தான். அவற்றுள் முதன்மையானது “அரசுப் பணியாளர் வீட்டுக்கடன்” திட்டம். காரணம், மிகக் குறைந்த வட்டி வீதம்; வட்டி கணக்கிடும் முறை; இன்னும் சில சிறப்பம்சங்கள். ஒரு சில நலத்திட்டங்கள் பயனாளியை முழுமையாகச் சென்றடையாமைக்கு இரு காரணங்கள்:

1) பயனாளி திட்டத்தை முழுமையாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளாமல் திட்டம் பற்றிய சந்தேகத்துக்குத் தாமே விடையைக் கற்பித்துக்கொள்வது.

2) இத்தனை பயனுள்ள திட்டம் நமக்குக் கிட்டுமா என்ற எதிர்மறை எண்ணம். அதைத் தீர்க்கவே இக்கட்டுரை. வட்டி வீதம்: கடன் தொகையில் முதல் 50,000 ரூபாய் வரை : 5.5 % 50,001 முதல் 1,50,000 வரை : 7% 1,50,001 முதல் 5,00,000 வரை: 9% 5,00,000க்கு மேல் : 10% இது இன்றைய தேதியில் உள்ள வட்டி வீதம். இது ஒரு சதம் குறைந்ததும்உண்டு; கூடியதும் உண்டு. என்றாலும் நாம் கடன் பெறும்போது என்ன வட்டி வீதமோ அதன்படிதான் கடன் முடிவில் வட்டிக் கணக்கீடு இருக்கும். மேலும் மாத இறுதியில் நிலுவையாயுள்ள கடனுக்கு மட்டுமே தனி வட்டி.

கணக்கீட்டாளர், உதவி பொறியாளர், உதவி செயற்பொறியாளர், செயற்பொறியாளர், மேற்பார்வை பொறியாளர், தலைமை பொறியாளர்என, பலர் பணிபுரிகின்றனர்.

       தலைமை பொறியாளர் , உதவி செயற்பொறியாளர் வரையிலான பதவிகளுக்கான இடமாறுதலை, சென்னை, மின் வாரிய அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள தலைமை பொறியாளர் (பெர்சனல்) வழங்குவார். செயற்பொறியாளர் முதலான இடமாறுதலை, மின் வாரிய செயலர் வழங்குவார்.
