6.2.3.1 This tariff is applicable to huts in Village Panchayats and Town Panchayats, houses constructed under Jawahar Velai Vaiippu Thittam, TAHDCO Kamarajar Adi Dravidar housing schemes, huts in Nilgiris District and huts with concrete wall in the schemes of State and Central Governments.
