                   I am to invite your kind attention to the reference cited and inform you that the probation have not been declared to some of  individuals as they were transferred to other circle before declaration of the probation.  Hence, the suitability reports for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer/ Electrical which have been received without filling up the details appropriately  on probation (column no.8)

                   Therefore, I am to request you to declare the completion of probation of the individuals who are working under your control, as per service regulation 95 (f) (2) duly after verifying for any adverse remarks or any DP, if the completion of probation has not been declared already and send the report immediately. (without sending the service books to the previous circles where the individual has joined initially).
