         The order issued  in  the  reference first cited, posting Tmty.R.Jayanthi Rani, Executive Engineer/General/Erode Electricity Distribution Circle, on transfer as Executive Engineer/O&M/Mettur/Mettur Electricity Distribution Circle, is hereby cancelled.

         2. The order issued  in  the  reference second cited, posting Thiru R.Dhanadapani, Assistant Executive Engineer/Electrical/Udumalpet Electricity Distribution Circle  on promotion as Executive Engineer/Operation/Gummidipoondi/ Chennai Electricity Distribution Circle (North) is hereby cancelled.

        3. The order issued  in  the  reference third cited, posting Tmty.R.Vennilla, Assistant Executive Engineer/Electrical/Coimbatore Electricity Distribution Circle/South,  on promotion as Executive Engineer/CMP/NCTPS, is hereby cancelled.

         4. The order issued  in  the  reference fourth  cited, posting Thiru M.Sekaran, Assistant Executive Engineer/Electrical (under orders of promotion as Executive Engineer/Electrical) as Executive Engineer/MRT/Tiruvannamalai/Tiruvannamalai Electricity Distribution Circle, is hereby cancelled.

         3. The Superintending Engineer concerned, is directed to relieve the above Official, immediately.

         4. The Superintending Engineer  concerned is also directed to ensure that whether, any disciplinary proceeding is pending/charges framed/punishment awarded, if any, against the official mentioned in Sl.Nos.1, 2 and 4 in para-2 above, before serving the promotion order.  If so, necessary clarification may be obtained from the Secretary before serving the said promotion order to the official concerned.

          5.  A report regarding the date of relief and date of joining of the official   should be sent to the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited.  This will be apart from the Certificate of Transfer of Charge.
