I
have joined in TNEB as Asst.Engineer/Ele./Trainee on 26.06.1995 and I have
passed Electricity Department Account Test during May-96. During wage revision of
1996 my basic pay was fixed as Rs.7225/- as on 1.12.96.and again,due to my pay
was revised and refixed at Rs.7450/- on 1.1.97 and Rs.7675/- on 29.05.97, on
par with my Junior Er.R.Meenakshi AE/Ele. O/o SE Madurai EDC (seniority No.429/
old No.
2573 as per the
ref.(1) cited above. Consequently my basic pay was fixed Rs.11375/-on
03.01.2007 and Rs.11675 on 01.07.2007 for my promotion as
Asst.Exe.Engineer/Ele. and golden jubilee increment respectively. During wage
revision of 2007 my basic pay was fixed as Rs.22650 + 6100(GP) as on 01.12.07,
Rs.23520 + 6100(GP) as on 01.01.08. During wage revision of 2011 my basic pay
was fixed as Rs.29590 + 6100(GP) as on 01.12.2011.
Er.T.Parimalagandhi,
AEE/E/CA/MTPS,Metur dam, Seniority No.353 my junior who had joined the board on
05.06.95 as Asst.Engineer/Ele./Trainee has been fixed in the new scale of
Rs.7225/- as on 01.12.96 and consequently the pay has been revised and
refixed at Rs.7450/- as on 01.01.97 and
Rs.7675/- on 29.05.97, on par with her junior Er.R.Meenakshi AE/Ele. O/o SE
Madurai EDC (seniority No.429 /old No.2573) as per the ref.(1) cited.
During
the wage revision of 2007 my junior Er. T.Parimalagandhi, AEE/E/ CA/MTPS,Metur
dam who has joined as Asst.Exe.Engineer on 26.10.2007 has been fixed in the new
scale of Rs.22020+6100(GP) as on 01.12.2007 and consequently the pay has been
fixed at Rs.23740+6100(GP) as on 01.01.2008 as routine increment falls on 1st
January with promotion fixation.
Under
the above circumstance, I request that my pay scale may kindly be refixed on
par with my Junior Er. T.Parimalagandhi, AEE/E/MTPS, Metur dam as per the ref.2
cited above. The comparison statement of my pay with my junior is enclosed
herewith for favour of and kind consideration please.

my date of increment is likely to be postponed on par with the junior referred.
After considering my request
for the rectification of my anomaly by the board authorities as stated above
and if it is found that excess amount has been paid to me in view of the
present fixation of pay on par with my junior. I undertake to recover the
