Hearing in the matter shall stand over for eight weeks as learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-Corporation proposes to file a comprehensive affidavit indicating the nature of disciplinary proceedings taken or proposed to be taken against the officers who were responsible for assigning work to the concerned temporary casual Labourers. Let the requisite affidavit be filed within four weeks.
